A Mercedes AMGtuned case by case
Every Mercedes AMG arrives with its own history, use and owner's expectations. That is where we start, never from a ready-made recipe.
- Principle
Bespoke mapping
Your AMG's engine and gearbox map is tuned by an engine engineer, table by table, rather than with a generic map. The goal is behaviour that stays coherent with how the car is really used.
- Principle
Built for road and track
An AMG meant for daily driving does not aim for the same balance as a car prepared for track days. The use defined at the start guides every choice made on the engine, chassis and braking.
- Principle
Three trades in one place
Maintenance, preparation and restoration of high-end sports cars meet every day in our workshop. Your Mercedes AMG benefits from this complete mechanical culture, from servicing to a full preparation project.
Tuning
done by hand

A maptuned by hand
Rather than loading a ready-made map, each table is adjusted for the engine and gearbox of your Mercedes AMG by our engine engineer. Electronic diagnostics always come before any work on the control unit.

Track supportright next door
Located 700 metres from the Paul Ricard circuit, we support owners before, during and after a track day. As an official BMW M France partner for track support and recommended by ORECA, we have a recovery truck to step in on site.
Mercedes AMG tuning in Signes and around Le Castelet
Bernis Factory is located at 26 Allée de Dublin in Signes, in the Var. This closeness to the Paul Ricard circuit shapes our business: maintenance, preparation and restoration of high-end sports cars meet here every day.
Mercedes AMG owners from the region, like enthusiasts passing through Le Castelet for a track day, find here a workshop able to explain and carry out a preparation genuinely suited to their car and their use.
Our position, a few hundred metres from the track, lets us move from workshop tuning to validation on the circuit, for an AMG that stays coherent between road and track.

Why entrust your Mercedes AMG tuning to a specialist workshop
Mercedes AMG tuning is not just about chasing a few extra horsepower. At Bernis Factory, it is part of a global approach that ties together the engine, the chassis and the braking, so the car stays coherent and enjoyable to drive. Our engine engineer maps each engine individually, which lets us adapt the character of the Mercedes AMG to its owner without applying a generic setting that would ignore the car in front of him.
This bespoke logic extends naturally to the track. Our workshop is 700 metres from the Paul Ricard circuit at Le Castelet, and we are an official BMW M France partner for track support, on top of being recommended by ORECA. Preparing a Mercedes AMG for track day use, checking the car before a session or stepping in on the day is part of our daily workshop life, alongside the maintenance and restoration of high-end sports cars.
