Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, total or partial exploitation of the site's elements, by any process and on any medium, is strictly forbidden without the prior written authorisation of BF BERNIS FACTORY.

Any unauthorised exploitation of the site or any of its elements will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Data collected via the site is limited to what's strictly necessary for the stated purpose: contacting the workshop (name, first name, phone, email, description of the automotive project). No sensitive data is collected within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest of the workshop in responding to prospect and client enquiries, and contractual performance for existing clients.

Retention period

Data is retained for the duration needed to manage the commercial relationship, and at most 3 years from the last contact for prospects, 10 years after end of relationship for clients (accounting obligations).
